About the teacher
Brigi is a mother of 2 and passionate about the branches of Yoga since many years. She brings experience not only from her own path of recovery after labor, but also from studying an being in a dialogue about this subject with her Iyengar and Ayurvedic Teachers, midwives and friends, sharing their expertise on the female body in the delicate months after giving birth.
