Accessing the Pelvic Energy through working with the Feet

This practice centers on the connection between the feet and pelvic energy. Starting with mindful alignment in seated poses, attention is drawn to activating the foot arches and the inner leg line.
Through targeted footwork—pressing the outer edges, using a strap, and consciously spreading the toes—energy is guided from the feet into the pelvis.
The sequence moves through various postures: seated positions, Dandasana, kneeling, forward bends, standing poses, inversions, and backbends.
The role of the feet is emphasized throughout—how they provide stability, align the pelvis, and channel energy upward.
