This course is designed to offer guidance, tools and strategies to regain strength and confidence as you step back into your regular practice after having a baby - after the „official“ postpartum phase has finished.
Tools of alignment in Yoga Asana, Mantra, Pranayama, and the important restorative forms.
This course is for you if you are somewhere between 5 and 18 month postpartum, and have a regular Yoga practice.
